Search ticket by title (Multiple words)

As an example, I want to search for all tickets which have the text “high priority” in the title (The words must appear together in the title)

I am unable to figure out how to do this.

Hi Venkati, It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team 😀

You can search the @high-priority phrase in our search tool, but it will return all instances of this phrase across all conversations.
 

I would recommend creating a separate type of ticket for the high-priority cases.
