Can not install apps on test environment

Hi, am currently struggling to add the Octopods Omnichannel app  to our test environment. We worked on prod up to the go live and now we set up the test environment but a few other apps also do not have the install now button in the app store. can anyone tell me why or how to install them?

I see that you spoke with a Support teammate about this already, but will reiterate their response below! 

 

 Some third party apps, like Octopods, do not require installation within Intercom directly. If you see the "Learn more" option instead of "Install now", that typically indicates the integration is configured through the API, rather than as an app in the inbox or messenger, and you will most likely need to install the app through their platform.

In this instance, you'll need to login to your Octopods account and integrate with Intercom from their side, rather than from the Intercom side. 👍
