I have problem with the Slack Convert aka. Intercom Convert plugin. It seems it stopped working last week and I have a weird problem with reinstalling the integration.
Does anyone know what is the issue behind?

Slack needs to reauthorize Intercom. Where it reads “Make sure the app is setup”. Click “Go to settings”. From there, it will ask you to authorize Intercom again.
After authorization, you’ll see a prompt that reads “Please set up some rules to start receiving notifications”. This is their way of asking you to choose what Slack channels you want to be linked. Hope this helps!
I just uninstalled and installed the integration again and it worked. But it wasn’t clear why the reinstall option do not work.
