Is it possible to use product tour inside iframe?
If not, can we get the steps using API and implement them as a tour in our iframe?

Hey there
I’m doing a little plagarizing from our Article on the topic, https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/4134392-why-can-t-i-build-a-product-tour.
“Product Tours will not work on a page where the Intercom Messenger has been installed in an iframe. Iframes act like a "sandbox", preventing the Messenger from accessing information from the page containing the iframe. It is recommended to install the Intercom Messenger on your site directly, without an iframe. In cases where this is not possible (e.g., Shopify Apps or Figma Plugins), Product Tours are not supported.”
There wouldn’t be an API-based solution to this since our REST API doesn’t have an endpoint for Tours. Sorry about that!
