I’ve just started using Intercom and I want to import my conversation data from another tool to train Resolution Bot, how can I do this?

Right now, you can import your conversation history from Zendesk Chat or Zendesk Tickets, so that Resolution Bot has conversation data from which to analyse commonly-asked questions. This guide will show you how to import your conversation data from Zendesk.

 

Currently, Zendesk is the only third-party tool from which you can import conversation data to help Resolution Bot.
