Can I get reports emailed to me automatically?

Using the Schedule report button, you can select who on your team should be emailed a PDF of either the Conversations or Responsiveness report automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

You’ll find the Schedule report button at the top of the reporting page:

When selecting to schedule a report, don’t forget that you must apply a relative date filter to your report (e.g. past week, month to date) instead of a filter between two specific dates.

At the time you’ve scheduled, the recipients you’ve selected will each receive a copy of the report in a PDF attached to an email. Your recipients will be able to unsubscribe from a report at any time if they no longer want to receive it.
