Has anyone found an efficient way to handle holiday hours (being closed for one day or limited hours)?

I am finding it time consuming to have to update all my hours just to be closed or be opened limited hours on one day.

You know it's hard to update all working hours for on day 😕 In Intercom it's not yet possible to just define holidays by date (Or even use country base holidays, like google calendar) but you can set-up bot for this and add not in messenger:

I Think that define holidays by entering dates will be a nice feature, Google calendar has such feature inserting all public holidays by country. 

You should submit this feedback to @Product Wishlist​ , maybe someone from Intercom product team see this suggestion.

It isn't ideal but I save these and find I can often reapply them. Only takes me a couple of minutes to apply them to each of my team inboxes. 2020-09-15_21-09-49
