Is there a way to create a QR code that leads to a form that uploads directly into intercom with lead names?

I have to collect lead information from multiple sources. Would love to be able to have a QR code that leads to a form that captures lead information.

Hi @nora c​ ​ ,

 

You want to create a QR code, that will redirect customers to form (Like http://company.com/form.

In this form customer submits some data: First name, last name, phone, e-mail and etc. and once click send you to want to send it to Intercom contacts?

I'm suggesting you use Google forms -> Intercom integration using Zapier (https://zapier.com/apps/google-forms/integrations/intercom.

 

Once Google form will be submitted, Zapier will create a lead in Intercom.

 

You can also use Typeform -> Intercom integration (https://zapier.com/apps/typeform/integrations/intercom.

 

They both are working the same way.

 

Once you build a form and integration, all you need to do is link the form URL to QR Code.

I'd agree with @roy s11​ - you would need to build the QR code -> form functionality outside of Intercom, but you can use either Zapier, or integrate with Intercom's API directly, to pass the lead information to Intercom from the form!

Ok awesome, I created a form in Typeform and created a qr code as well. So now I just need to figure out how to intergrate the leads directly into our contacts in intercom

Hi Roy, yes could you please create a video for me on how to automate contacts to upload directly into intercom? I thought that intercom already had this api integration and wouldn't have to use zapier? Either way, I need to figure out how to capture this leads and automatically load them into our contacts. Thank you!
