Why am I getting a notification that I need to "set a passcode" when logging into the Intercom mobile app?

Unable to access my account on my mobiIe via app. When I try to install the app, I get the notification: "Unable to signin: Your administrator needs to require you to set a passcode on this device to access this account. Please set a passcode

 

How can I fix this?

Hello @alexandra l​ , ​It's more like Google Workspace rule. This is a work phone? Your company just set-up some rules, you should set-up a passcode to use account.

 

hi @roy s11​ , I have a full access permission. Where can I change those set-up rules? It is the first time that this happens. With my colleagues it was not neccesary to execute this. thanks

@alexandra l​ , You can simply set-up a passcode to your phone and this issue should be fixed.

it worked. I set up a pasword on the phone and I could log in. Thanks for your help
