Can someone help me set up my CNAME record?

I have setup the cname to point to the intercom, however, im currently seeing that the SSL is not been setup. 

 

Can you please advise on how to set this up, as the my hosting is not using Cloudflare?

Hey @user390​, just to confirm, are you creating a CNAME record for an email sending domain, or for a custom domain for your Help Center? Which service are you using?
