How do I trigger emails to users who have not logged in?

I'd like to send a series of emails to users who have never logged in on our product (i.e. to encourage them to log in and look around), what's the easiest and most reliable way of triggering this on SERIES via the entry rules? Thanks in advance!

You can use "Web sessions" filter for that.

Sorry to jump in to this thread. @Roy what if I want it to send an email after a certain amount of time? For example, a user who has not logged in after a week.

Hi Andie, It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team 😀

You can use the Waiting Block in series to wait for the customer to log in to your website and then send them a reminder.

It might look somewhat like this:
