Share a screenshot of a Series you’ve created and be in with a chance to win a personal workshop with a Series expert. There’ll also be some great Intercom swag up for grabs! (Entries will close on the 3rd November)

A few more details:

  • Post an answer with your screenshot to be in with a chance to win.
  • Please include a brief description of the Series and it’s goal alongside your screenshot.
  • The Series does not have to be live, it can be a draft.
  • Message and Rule blocks should be clearly named and visible in the screenshot.
  • Make sure to block out customer information or anything which may be commercially sensitive.
  • You can include multiple screenshots if your Series is large or complex.

seriesOur first series is an onboarding/training campaign for new users (in this case, mostly new employees). The intent is to, over a relatively short but not overwhelming amount of time, get the users familiar with the main features of our application. So far, it seems promising and we've had some good interactions from the users. We are extremely excited about what Series will be able to do for us, and how we'll be able to help guide our users through new features as we continue to develop them. Definitely still learning and adjusting our targeting, but very happy with the idea of what we'll be able to achieve.

Wow @user402, love the look of your Series! Thank you so much for sharing 😄

Thanks for sharing @user402! It's so powerful to be able to sequence Product Tours like this to onboard users to your features. I'd love to hear a brief description of the Series and it’s goal in your own words 😊

Thank you, Kate! This is our first series, and it is an onboarding/training campaign for new users (in this case, mostly new employees). The intent is to, over a relatively short but not overwhelming amount of time, get the users familiar with the main features of our application. And, we'll be able to build on this if needed to introduce them to new features as they are developed. We're really excited about the possibilities here! 😊

I love that you're using this to help onboard your own co-workers! What a great idea 👏
