Intercom Conversations is sending multiple push notifications to our customer service team per message.

Hi @user379​ , Can you just clarify the issue and provide screenshots? 

 

Once a customer sends a reply or starts a new conversation, your team getting several same Push notifications?

@Blue Whale 590 - did this get resolved? My team and I have the same problem, so curious if you resolved it.
