Why is the Product Tours builder telling me that the Messenger is not installed?

hello! I have an error message when I try to set-up a new product tour. It says to check that Messenger is set-up on the URL but it should be normally.

Yes I confirm. I've been in the loop with Intercom's support team. It seems to be a bug on their side as it's working well with some of my co-workers!
