Is it possible to send voice notes through the Messenger?

how can i setup a recorder in masenger 

 

if the customer has difficulty to type his question he can record it and send 

 

like what's up chat

Hello @user281​ 👨‍🚀, Currently, Intercom messenger doesn't support Voice messages, You can submit this feature request in @Product Wishlist​ Group. In the meantime you can use following workaround:

 

1 - Use Video recorder apps and send customers videos directly from Intercom.

Here app's for that: Hippo; Video messages; StoryXPress;

2- Use Aircall or Google Meet apps to directly start a call/video conversation with your customers.

Keep in mind that Video/Voice conversation with your customers makes your support team slower but in some cases can increase customer experience.
