Does anyone know if you can set up automated replies to messages?
We'd like to set up an OOO message for the festive period letting anyone who messages know that our response times will be slower but we will get back to them.
I've set up a chat message to send out, but I'd rather than having something that goes to all users.

1) You can display out of office information via "Show a special notice in your Messenger":
2) You can also set-up a custom bot, that will tell people that you are out of the office.

One piece of advice, don't forget to tell people to find answers to knowledgebase until you are out of the office.
