Hello @wendy k​ , Please note that this only works for leads not for the users.

Q - is it sending an email to this user to notify them I have changed their email address?

A - Nope, it will not send an e-mail to a user about e-mail changing.

 

Q - what does it mean by ALL CONVERSATIONS?

A - That means that all replies to the conversations created by this user will now be sent to a new e-mail address.
