If I want to add tours to my support bot, so if someone asks a question I can direct them to launch a tour. Is it possible to do this?

I'm asking because an Intercom support person mentioned that tours only fire once based on the targeting criteria, but if you can add a tour to a bot, it seems like they should be able to be manually initiated by the member/user.
