Inbox rules to apply only to email (not chat)

Hi,

 

I'm trying to make an inbox rule that only applies to conversations where the channel is email and it's during office hours. This is what I thought would work, but it isn't. Any ideas? :)

I’ve just experimented with this myself and it works for me.

 

Was the email definitely sent within your default office hours?

 

Does this rule have high enough priority over the other rules you have set up?

Hello @user1075​ 👋, You should put this rule first in the list then it will start working.

 

Let me explain quickly, automation rules which are at the top of the list have the highest priority:IntercomPlease, try to put this rule at the top of the list and test it.
