Why Isn't The Post Showing For Everyone AND Post Isn't Limited To In-App

We're testing a new onboarding series. When we set the series live, a couple of the people in our test get the 2nd video in the series but a couple of the people in the test do not get served the post. There's no perceivable difference between those who received it those who didn't. Any help and insight would be very welcomed!

 

Also, we're trying to limit the posts to only showing up in-app but the posts are also showing up on the website. Would love to figure out how to make sure the posts show up only in the app. Thoughts?

@user1110​ The second part is fairly easy, just add a rule element before the post. Under "When to enter" you can define URL rules.

For your first question it would be great if you could include a screenshot with an overview of the Series
