We use Intercom's Oauth to get the access token for our users(Dashworks). Recently we are getting 401s and user's had to re login(Access token was changed). Do the token's expire by design and is there a way to refresh them?

Hey Intercom team, any help regarding the access token expiry would be appreciated

Hey @pavan, this would only occur if your users have uninstalled your app, or if they manually revoke the token in their Intercom workspace profile settings > Your Account > Authentication > Oauth tokens page.

Thanks @eric f11  for replying. Checked on a couple accounts, their app is still installed but token is missing from tokens page. Positive that they didn't revoke it manually.

Can share the details if you want to debug. Could you advise on what to do next?

Hey @pavan, sounds like this may be an issue specific to your workspace. I'd recommend contacting our Support team via the Messenger within your own Intercom workspace (accessible via app.intercom.com). They'll be best positioned to help you here!
