Outbound bot is popping up.. on EVERY single page constantly.

Hi guys we have a simple Outbound bot which is popping up when the schedule is Out of Hours... it works great and only pops up once on desktop and can be easily closed and never appears again... HOWEVER... on mobile, the chat window springs into life CONSTANTLY on every single page view... it can be closed but then visiting a new page it triggers again ... this is only on mobile not desktop... what can I check!! Need it to stop popping up every single time a new page is viewed!
