How to manage the performance of agents when they work remotely from home?


I am interested in any ideas that could help me see when they start working and finish their work. Thank you.

@user1190​ I'm not aware of any data in Intercom that would really help you with that. Especially since employees can work or end their working hours outside of Intercom. If you want to track employee working hours, there are better, dedicated solutions on the market for that. I could recommend one to check out (only in a private message), but I'm biased on this topic. 😉

I'm late to this one but just spotted it - it will depend how your team starts work but if they're just marking themselves as 'online' then I think you could do this in the 'Teammate activity logs'? 🙂 Like so! It'll tell you when they've put their away mode on and off.
