How does Intercom track and report on outbound emails that are forwarded from the recipient to another user (say in the same company) who then opens the email and follows the links?

We will only track the opens and clicks of the user it was sent to. For example, the stats that you can view in the email will reflect only the user who was in the email audience. Hope that helps to clear things up! 😊
