Can I embed an Intercom workspace in an iframe?

I was wondering if I can embed the intercom dashboard(inbox,outbox..) in my website's ERP system.

Hi there. It's not possible to put Intercom in an iframe. You'll need to directly link to Intercom.

  1. Do you mean that users need to go to the intercom site and manage the messages?
  2. Are there any ways that I can build an inbox and outbox that communicate with the intercom server directly on my website?

Yes, you can build your own interface to see, reply and close conversation. You can use Intercom API for that.

@roy s11​  Do you know if there is a built-in dashboard made by Intercom API that can be embedded into my site? Also, Do I need to directly make a UI and server for connecting 3rd party apps for making it compatible with apps?
