Can I tag a user based on their interaction with an Outbound message?

Is there a way to add a tag to someone based off an email or chat response in a series (i.e. if they respond to an intercom email they are tagged automatically)?

Hey @penelope​, you can do this in Series. Take a look at what I've got set up in the attached pic. Once an email is sent, you can set up a rule off that email and you will see the option to match if the user has replied. You can then set up a tag to be applied. Hope that helps.
