Is it possible to pull Intercom data (users & companies) through API to fulfil Zendesk ticket fields?

We already have Intercom integrated into Zendesk and it works well. However, we want to achieve another level and automate ticket fields fulfilment.

Hello @yuriya​ , Sorry for the late reply here.

 

With the current Intercom + Zendesk integration, it's not possible to reach this goal.

 

However, if you use Zapier Intercom <> Zendesk Integration, you can pass any field and create a ticket.

 

The integration will work like this:

1. Tag added to the conversation, let's say "Zendesk" (Trigger)

2. Zapier Integration will start creating Ticket in Zendesk

3. Zapier will create a Ticket in Zendesk and pass any information you needed

4. With Current Intercom + Zendesk integration, you will see the created tickets in the Zendesk app.

Trigger -> Tag Added to Intercom Conversation

Action -> Create Ticket (During this step, you can define which fields should be field automatically).
