Bots aren't triggering when they should

Different from the question below. I've created an outbound custom bot that I'm A/B testing that is set to show to Leads & Visitors during office hours. However, when I preview the bot it doesn't appear. I've set these bots live and they do not appear to the user either. What am I missing? 😭

To better help you on this case, please can you provide bot settings screenshots? Like Rule and schedule settings from Intercom.
