With mobile carousel when you select 'start conversation' on the last screen, can you proactively introduce a team member and know they are chatting you after viewing the carousel?

Once the mobile carousel is viewed, if they select start conversation, we want to know which one they just viewed to be prepared to answer associated questions on that topic.

Once someone engaging with any tours or carousels it's always showing in their profile:

Screen Shot 2021-10-08 at 3.59.14 AMAfraid it's not possible to show the following Widget in Intercom Inbox, to quickly check the following content during the ongoing conversation (That's really good feedback for @Product Wishlist​ group.

 

If your plan includes Series, you can always tag users once they reach the carousel step -> Then filter them based on tags.

 

As far as I know, that is the only way currently to detect the following.
