Once someone engaging with any tours or carousels it's always showing in their profile:
Afraid it's not possible to show the following Widget in Intercom Inbox, to quickly check the following content during the ongoing conversation (That's really good feedback for @Product Wishlist​ group.

If your plan includes Series, you can always tag users once they reach the carousel step -> Then filter them based on tags.

As far as I know, that is the only way currently to detect the following.
