What are the rules to be used for an NPS Survey?

I'd like to make sure that the users see this banner only once 15 days after they SIGNED UP and every 3 months after that.

 

Did someone use this before? What does your rule look like?

Hey @user151​, if you're looking to send a recurring message, you'll need to begin tracking an event for this in Intercom, then use this event to trigger the banner (guide here).
