Not sure if this is the right area for this, but asking anyways. If a user hovers over the intercom icon, is there a way to display a message? (Like... Hi there! Can I help you?)

Hey @user163, your dev team may be able to write some custom script to trigger our Create A Conversation API endpoint (which will send an outbound message to a customer) when they hover over a specific element.
