Is it possible to use Zendesk for support but Intercom for Outbound messaging?

Zendesk + Intercom. Is there any good way to use Outbound message from Intercom with Zendesk chat on our website?

 

We are looking into moving our support to Zendesk but keep Intercom for marketing purposes.

What I would like to know is if its possible to have Zendesk chat on the website, but use the post and chat bubbles on our website?

 

Basically both services.

Hey @user772​, in this instance, you'd need to make sure that the Intercom Messenger is installed in your site's code to send Intercom Outbound messaging. However, you can also hide the Messenger icon, which won't impact the sending of Outbound messaging, but these may be overlapped by the Zendesk icon.
