Use a relative URL in a custom app

Anyone know if it's possible to use a relative URL in a custom app? For example, rather than using https://forum.intercom.com/s/bookmarksI would just use /bookmarks

When I try, I get an error message. Looking at the documentation, I'm not seeing an option to use relative URLs or even just add an HTML block to a custom app.
