Hey @florencia s​, can you tell me a little more about your use case here? While it's not possible to trigger a bot entirely programatically, there may be other solutions available to you here.

Hi @eric f11​ , thanks for the quick response.

 

We have the following screen in our app for long-term apartment rent:

Simulator Screen Shot - iPhone 12 - 2021-11-16 at 13.51.59Touching each button is supposed to open a custom bot specific to each service. Each bot is supposed to enable user to order a service.

@eric f11​ We need a similar sort of solution too. Please let us know if this is possible.

Hey @arjun​ @user1122​ @florencia s​, currently it's only possible to launch a Custom Bot from a button within a website or web app (guide here). This option is not available within a mobile app, nor are there any workarounds on offer.
