Is there a way to permit xlsx or csv files to be sent from the system to the customer? I can only find settings on how to allow the customer to send different files in to me, but I need to send excel files to the customer.

Nope, that's the other way around. I don't have an issue with the customer sending csv or xlsx-files to me. My problem is that I can't send this files to the customer from Intercom.
