How can I send automated chat messages specifically to the users on a mobile web browser?

Hi everyone,

 

I just found out that product tours do not work on mobile browser. I'm trying to find a way to trigger a chat message specifically for those users. Any easy way to achieve that?

Hey @sherzod​ 👋

 

When you're creating an Outbound message, you can do this using Audience rules

 

Here, you can set it so that it only appear on mobile operating systems like so: 👇
