What's this WORKSPACE really used for?

- Can we link specific workspace to specific pages a website?

- how are they linked with licensing/subscription?

- can we have each workspace have it's own messanger configuration?

@user2556 ! Workspace is through which you have access to all your Intercom products. These two articles will give you more insight on this:https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/188-create-a-test-workspace-in-intercomand https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/3167422-i-m-setting-up-a-new-intercom-workspace-for-support./p>

Can we link a specific workspace to specific pages on a website?

Do you mean you want to show Intercom Messenger on specific pages of your website? If so yes, you can from the Messenger settings page. Also, if you have multiple workspaces and would like to show different Messenger on different pages of your website you can do it, just make sure that the code used in the Messenger installation corresponds to the correct workspace id.

how are they linked with licensing/subscription?

From your workspace, you will be able to access your billing and subscription page from where you can add/remove products.

Can we have each workspace have its own messenger configuration?

Yes, each workspace can have its own Messenger and you can customise it independently.
