Why are certain fields not coming through with integrating Intercom via Integromat?

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to automate intercom with my CRM but unfortunately all of the fields are not coming through. My automation guy has put together a video outlining the problem and would really appreciate it if someone could help. Could be something on our end or a bug with the API

I'm not sure what your guys is trying to do, but he's getting the data, it seems he does not understand the fields mapping between Intercom and Integromat - the data is there, the dates are in Unix timestamp format and differently named.

 

Then the next step is what I do not get at all what he's trying to do - seems like he is trying to call Intercom API for contacts without ID. So he gets empty response.
