Why am I not seeing qualification data when linking Intercom with my CRM?

We are using webhooks to export information out of Intercom into our CRM, NetSuite using Celigo. However, in the event data, I am not seeing all of qualification data in Celigo that I need. Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. I have a call today with our support rep and hopefully an engineer. I'm hoping for some answers on several questions today.
