Hello,

 

I am looking for the best solution to localize my custom bots

I think I'll be able to filter custom bots depending on logged in users but I can not find where to localise the bot or even if localization exists.

Otherwise, I think I'll duplicate it

Hey @sylvain g​, localisation does not exist by default. You'd need to duplicate the bot and manually localise it.

From Intercom :

 

You need to create 2 custom bots for both languages, you can duplicate the first one you created and create a new one for the second language. You can also set up the rules in the custom bot for it to only show for one of the languages, like the browser language of your users or even set it up to a specific URL of you website.
