The Chat Widget Messenger isn't visible in our site after installing and properly configure Magento2 extension.

We've set up APP ID key in Magento settings but it doesn't help.

 

In spite of disabled enforce identity verification we get missing user hashes error in our domain.

In the beginning We contact with extension support, but they didn't find any problem with extension.

 

Could You help us to solve this problem, please?
