Hi, 

I am getting a "user not found" reply from the API however the user ID is correct AND existing.

I am wondering what could be wrong as I am using the access token that is referenced in our account...

Hey @raphael (​! Are you trying to retrieve or update the user? Can you check the headers to see whether 'Accept and Content-Type' is set to application/json? If you still have issues, can you send me the request id?
