Is there a way to edit and/or delete user notes in the new inbox

I just migrated to the new inbox, and it's pretty great so far, but I've not been able to find a way to edit user notes from it. The old inbox had this functionality. Now, I have to open the user's "contacts" profile in a separate tab, and then edit from there. Is this the only way to achieve this?

 

Also, I was hoping with the new inbox there would be a way to delete user notes, but it doesn't seem that functionality has been added. Seems like a real oversight.

Hey Scott - if you go to to the bottom on the right you'll see "Edit Apps"

 

There you can add Lead or User Notes to the sidebar.

 

You're right - that you still can't delete notes. When I need to delete a note, I just edit it to replace with a dash or something. But, less than ideal.

Seems like this is a feature that has been requested by numerous users, but no movement yet from Intercom. Here's hoping!
