Possible to condition an email sent regarding a previous email received?

Hello Interconnected,

 

I hope everyone is doing well!

 

I am creating an onboarding flow thanks to Outbound and I was wondering if you can condition a specific email sent regarding a previous email received?

 

For instance:

IF I received this email before AND I am on the target audience THEN I receive this email.

You can definitely achieve this by using our feature called Series. It allows you to create and automate dynamic messaging journeys for Outbound Messages and set multiple conditions in order to trigger messages under the circumstances you want. You can check more about Series in this article.
