Question

Can I change the "Bot" text at the bottom of the Operator Name? I want it to say something like - "Customer Service".

Hey @user1887​ 👋 It is not currently possible to change or remove this text from this section. The name of the Operator can be changed in the settings you linked above but not the bot writing.
