How often do you check Series entry rules?

So the entry rules get checked every hour, meaning if new users match the entry rules after it's just been checked then they would have to wait until the next hour comes around to receive the message! Once they are in the series though, the blocks get checked every 15 minutes.

Hi Lisa, is this the same as if the Rules are event or tag-based? How can I ensure that if an event happens, they receive the message immediately?
