Why my audience's name shows anonymous

Hey 👋🏼 Shauna here! When you're seeing the customer's name show as anonymous, it just means that the person is a lead, and we don't have their actual names to display. If they were a user and we had that information, it would show.

In regards to your specific example; it may be a good idea to add a part in the pathway to 'collect' the leads names - see below for an example 👇🏼

• Click to add a 'data field'.

• Click 'Add an attribute' for the drop-down to appear and then select 'Name'.

• This will then require your leads to provide their name.
