When my team has all conversation assignments full, I would like new conversations to have a queue count and not for the button to disappear. It's possible?

In this article, it says the button will disappear for new conversations. I would like the customer to be advised that he must wait and his position in the queue is X

Hey 👋🏼 Shauna here! There isn't a way to set up a 'notice' or 'message' to share with customers that volumes are high and they're in a queue.
