How to get the ads source of user from Facebook Messenger Ads in Inbox Intercom?

Hi you guys. I need to get the ads source of user when they click in my ads campaign and redirect to my Intercom Inbox. I can see this information in Inbox from Meta. But in Intercom, I don't see any data about this. Thanks so much.

Intercom does already automatically track the 5 standard UTM parameters, so you can:

  • See where your most engaged users are signing up to your product from.
  • Increase signups from your advertising campaigns.
  • Send targeted auto messages to users who sign up from specific sources (e.g. Facebook ads).
  • Measure the ROI of your advertising campaigns by comparing a campaign's generated revenue with its cost.
  • Automatically send your leads' source to Salesforce.

Thank you, Rachel. But this information doesn't help me to solve my question.

Because my FB Messenger Ads campaign redirect to a Inbox platform, not a landing page. So tracking utm is not the good solution.
