How are people doing something similar to the Article Inserter, but with content from their own Help Center?

Hey @anders p​ ! Oséas here from the Customer Support Specialist team 🕵️

 

It's not possible to integrate an external Help Center with the Article Inserter, all articles that you wish to insert there must exist in your Intercom Help Center. What you may have seen is a case where someone have their own Help Center but still leave their Intercom Help Center enabled so they can use it in the Article Inserter app. Just note that if you decide to do the same, you would still have to create articles inside the Intercom Help Center as currently there are no options to sync or import articles from externals Help Centers.

 

But I can definitely pass this along to our @Product Wishlist​ , so our engineers are aware you'd like to see this in the future. As a note when we release new features we'll announce it on the Product Changes page 💡
